On the panel were Bobby Frankenberger and Dr. Niki, representing Science, and Tom Merritt (our Executive Barista) and Huyen, representing Tech.
What is "technology?" What is "science?" Are dogs technology? What about fire? What are the true differences between our fields?
Huyen brings the tech to Technical Tea as a Software Engineer at a Big Tech Company. Her favorite past times include swinging heavy kettlebells and learning Japanese so that she can shout out her moves while battling anime monsters.
Niki is the science half of Technical Tea as a Professor of Biology at a University who researches brain damage. In her free time, Niki enjoys Roller Derby, Birdwatching, and immersing herself into swamps until she assimilates with the bog.
